Hi, my name is Tess Berdo and I am currently a freshman at Kansas State University majoring in Agricultural & Natural Resources Communications with a certificate in Social Media Management.
Agriculture has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on my family's farm and this not only gave me firsthand experience with production agriculture but also inspired my passion for sharing its story. I hope to use my degree to combine my background in agriculture with the tools of modern day marketing.
My work focuses on social media and marketing tailored towards the agriculture industry. Because I have lived the producer side of the story, I understand the challenges, values, and dedication behind the work. I want to create content that honors producers and helps consumers to feel more connected, informed, and confident.
